Reservation and Cancellation Policy
  • Credit Card Required to hold reservation.
  • Reservation may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to tour time with no charge.
  • Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior, or no shows day of tour, will be charged full tour price to the card used for the reservation.
  • All Customers must have Government Issued Photo ID-NO Exceptions
  • All Customers must provide weight for each passenger
  • Passengers weighing over 275 lbs will be required to pay an additional fee up to 50% of base fee
  • Tour times, schedules,and itineraries ARE APPROXIMATE.
  • OUR OPERATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION DUE TO LACK OF PASSENGER DEMAND, WEATHER, ETC.
  • Whitewater Rafting Reservations must be cancelled at least 31 days prior to tour date to avoid cancellation fee. Cancellation Fee for reservations for Whitewater Rafting cancelled LESS than 31 days prior to tour date is the full amount of the reservation. Cancellation Fee will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation
    • After choosing SUBMIT,your reservation will be sent to our reservation center for processing.You will receive an email confirmation. Please call to confirm your reservation 24 hours prior to tour.
